Uses: 

It has the best anti-scorch performance of sulfenamide accelerator, and it is one of the important raw materials for producing radial tires, steel wire tape and thick rubber parts. A late-acting accelerator for natural and synthetic rubbers, similar to the accelerators CZ and DIBS. In particular, it is used to manufacture rubber-bonded rubber products with good metal adhesion and good physical and mechanical properties.

Light yellow or light pink powder with taste bitter. The density is 1.26, Soluble Acetone Organic liquids, including fats and oils, insoluble in water.

DCBS is a sulfenamide accelerator with excellent anti-scorching property and delayed onset of cure. It is compatible with natural and synthetic rubbers, suitable for radial ply tyre, rubber belts and shock absorber, etc. Particularly it produces good adhesion to metal.
