(hereinafter referred to as “Shengzhi Yongqing”) successfully started the 100,000 tons/year butadiene plant and successfully produced excellent grade Ding. Diene products.

The project is authorized by Wison Engineering Technology and EPC, and is the second commercial application project for the oxidation and dehydrogenation of butene to butadiene technology and catalyst. It is also the first time for Wison to realize methanol to olefin technology (MTO) and Diene integrated combination technology route.

The butadiene technology and catalyst were independently developed by Wison Engineering in 2013. In 2016, the first set of technology-licensed devices had a high activity for more than 3000 hours of continuous operation without regeneration, and the conversion of n-butene was 80.0. %, butadiene selectivity is about 93%, the yield is more than 74%, which saves the owner a lot of equipment, while the production cost of butadiene in tons of products is reduced by 1,400 yuan, which significantly improves economic benefits.

Chengzhi Yongqing is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chengzhi Co., Ltd. It was established in December 2011 and is located in Nanjing Jiangbei New Material Science and Technology Park in Jiangsu Province. It covers an area of 400,000 square meters. It is mainly composed of 600,000 tons/year methanol olefin plant and its optimization project 100,000 tons/year butadiene plant. The main products are ethylene, propylene and butadiene, and the by-products are ethane, propane, LPG and crude benzene. The total investment of the project is about 4.2 billion yuan, and it will be trial-produced in June 2019.
