Specification:

Properties: amber to pale gray resinous powder. Non-toxic. The softening point is not lower than 74 °C. Soluble in acetone, stupid, hydrogen, carbon disulfide, slightly soluble in petroleum hydrocarbons, insoluble in water. It should be stored in a dry and ventilated place.

Function: natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber and antioxidants for latex, can inhibit harsh conditions of oxidation, heat aging and weathering, higher effect than anti-aging agent 124, single pair of flex cracking effect is poor . It has a strong inhibitory effect on the catalytic oxidation of metals. This product generally has no effect on vulcanization, but it can increase the vulcanization activity of chloroprene rubber. When the product is used together with a mixture of alkylated diphenylamines for styrene-butadiene rubber and styrene-butadiene latex, the color change is small, and an excellent heat-resistant compound can be obtained. This product does not spray, it is polluting, but it is not obvious. It can still be used in a small amount in light-colored products. The bright color of this product will be brown when exposed to sunlight. Due to the high molecular weight, low diffusion loss and long retention of protective properties, it is suitable for use in high temperature heating equipment and rubber products used in the tropics.
