Specification:

DTDM  product is soluble in acetone, benzene, carbon tetrachloride and naphtha, moderately soluble in ethanol and petroleum ether, and insoluble in water. It is odorless and tasteless, but has a fishy smell.

It can be used as an effective accelerator for sulfur vulcanization of natural rubber and synthetic rubber (butylbenzene, cis-butyl, butyl, EPDM, vinylene, etc.), and can be used as a vulcanizing agent alone. Under the degree of vulcanization, active sulfur can be decomposed, its content is about 27%, no pollution, no discoloration can be used for light color, coloring, transparent products. The vulcanized rubber has the advantages of high mechanical properties, high ozone resistance, good ozone resistance and no scorching of the rubber compound. The single-volume vulcanization rate is slow, and it can be used together with thiazoles, thiurams and dithiocarbamates to increase the vulcanization rate, especially with the sulfenamide accelerators, and has excellent heat aging resistance. It is frost-sprayed and has small compression deformation. It can be used in tire and rubber industrial products at 0.5-8%.
