Properties   Soluble in THF and hot acetone, insoluble in  petroleum ether, chloroform, benzene and water.

Uses    As a multifunctional rubber additive, it can be used as a vulcanizing agent in the rubber processing process, as a vulcanizing agent for peroxide systems, and as a scorch retarder and tackifier.
