On June 29th, the Henan Chemical Industry Association organized experts to evaluate the scientific and technological achievements of the “Process and Equipment for Continuous Flow Synthesis of Coke Reducing Agent CTP” completed by Tangyin Yongxin Chemical Co., Ltd. The expert group agreed that the project is at the leading level in China and it is recommended to speed up the promotion and application to meet market demand.
According to the evaluation of the expert group, the innovation of the project is reflected in three aspects:
The first is to solve the technical problem that the liquid-liquid-solid heterogeneous reaction synthesis scorch retarder CTP is difficult to carry out continuously, and realize continuous production;
Second, compared with the traditional batch tank production, the reaction yield and production efficiency are improved, the reaction yield is greater than 95%, and the product purity is over 99%;
The third is to significantly reduce the chemical oxygen demand (COD) in the production wastewater.
The person in charge of the project introduced that, after testing by a third-party authority, the indicators of the products produced by the device meet the requirements of the national standard GB/T 24801-2009; the information fed back by the tire customers proves that the product quality is stable; The economic and social benefits of the project are significant.
