Recently, the SBS-DFTL tire manufacturing digital factory automatic logistics system passed the industry appraisal. The expert group agreed that the system is the first in China and the key technologies have reached the international advanced level.
According to Tire World Network, the system was independently developed by Shenyang Lanying Industrial Automation Equipment Co., Ltd., and the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation commissioned experts from the Chemical Industry Productivity Promotion Center to make an appraisal.
The expert group carefully reviewed the technical and technical conditions, technical research report, product inspection report and user usage report of the system, and after questioning, discussion and finalization of opinions.
The expert group agreed that the system is stable and reliable, and realizes logistics automation such as transportation, sorting, warehousing and execution of the main processes of the tire factory. The system is the first in China, the key technology has reached the international advanced level, and it has high application and promotion value. It is recommended to increase the application promotion.
It is understood that Shenyang Lanying Industrial Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in September 2004 and is one of the four subsidiaries of Lanying Group.
At present, the group has successfully applied automatic control technology to tire manufacturing, metallurgy, energy conservation, machine tools, transportation and municipal industries. The fully automatic all-steel radial tire forming machine independently developed and produced by Lanying has reached the domestic leading level.
