Recently, the State Administration of Market Supervision issued a notice. Due to the safety hazards of the equipped tires, Toyota Motor will recall some of the vehicles that use the product and replace the new tire products free of charge.
According to the person in charge, the recalled model is equipped with a run-flat tire, but due to the imperfect assembly process of the batch of tires and the hub, the reinforcing rubber layer of the bead may crack, in extreme cases. Tread will peel off and there is a great safety hazard.
