1.2 Chemical anti-aging agent
The main antiaging agents used in synthetic rubber processing are amine and quinoline antiaging agents.The common varieties are anti - aging 4020,4010 NA and RD.The dosage of these three kinds of anti - aging agent accounted for more than 80% of China's current dosage of anti - aging agent.
There are many naphthylamine antisenders, such as phenyl--naphthylamine (antisenders A), 1-phenyl--naphthylamine (antisenders D).But because of its toxicity and carcinogenicity, countries began dramatically curtailing its production in the 1970s and have banned it ever since.
China's anti-aging agent RD has become one of the main anti-aging agents of radial tire rubber, the effective component of the product is 2, 2, 4-trimethyl-1, 2-dihydroxyquinoline dimer, especially dimer anti-aging performance is very good, so should try to improve the dimer content.Anti-aging agent RD heat resistance oxygen aging performance is excellent, copper and other metal ions have a strong inhibition, but resistance to ozone and flexor resistance is poor, and anti-aging agent AW or p phenylenediamine anti-aging agent (anti-aging agent 4020) and other use.Anti-aging agent AW can prevent rubber products caused by ozone crack, especially suitable for dynamic conditions of rubber products used in the rubber material, and anti-aging agent H, D and 4010, can enhance its effectiveness.
