This type of accelerator is acidic. It belongs to the speeding accelerator. Including thiuram monosulfide, kiuralan disulfide and thiocyanate polysulfide. Thiuram disulfide can be used as a sulfur-free vulcanizing agent. As a promoter, it is generally used as a second accelerator, and is used together with a thiazole and a sulfenamide accelerator to increase the vulcanization rate. When used in combination with a sulfenamide accelerator, the reaction time of the rubber compound can be delayed, and the reaction can be carried out particularly quickly after the initiation of the vulcanization, and the degree of vulcanization of the vulcanized rubber is also relatively high. This production system is particularly important in low sulfur vulcanization. The physical and mechanical properties and aging resistance of vulcanizates using thiuram accelerators are affected by the ratio of accelerator to sulfur. Generally speaking, the amount of sulfur is normal, the vulcanized rubber has a high tensile strength, and other physical and mechanical properties are better. When the amount of sulfur is low and the amount of promotion is large, the heat aging resistance of the vulcanized rubber can be improved. The most commonly used variety of thiuram accelerators is tetramethylthiuram disulfide. The trade name is TMTD, the accelerator TT. It can be used both as a promoter and as a vulcanizing agent. When used as a promoter, the amount is generally 0.2 to 0.3 parts.

Sunnyjoint supply very good quality of TMTD and sells well, especially export to Northeast Asia .
