This week,The price of pure benzene remained stable, the price of aniline rose by 60$/ton, the price of cyclohexylamine rose by 100 $/ton, the price of MIBK fell by 200$/ton, and the price of acetone rose by 30$/ton.Other additive raw material prices remained basically stable.
Although the prices of raw materials such as aniline and cyclohexylamine rebounded slightly, due to lagging behind in the trend, the overall market price of additives continued to decline this week. At present, trading in the additive market is still sluggish, and downstream sentiment remains bearish. The price of the mainstream additive TBBS is relatively high due to support from tertiary butylamine, while the prices of other mainstream additives are close to cost. It is expected that the price of additives will gradually stabilize next week under the influence of the end of the decline in raw material prices.
Affected by the continuous decline of MIBK, the price of antioxidant 6PPD continued to fall, and the trend of antioxidant IPPD was clearly affected by the 6PPD. Antioxidant TMQ is operated closely to cost and its price fluctuated slightly this week. Currently, the supply of antioxidants is sufficient, and the price of antioxidant has significantly decreased due to the influence of raw materials, with some dealers having inverted pricing and sales. Under the dual pressures of cost decline and weak demand, it is expected that antioxidants will continue to decline in the short term.
The supply of insoluble sulfur remains sufficient, with prices falling slightly; the price of zinc oxide rose slightly, while the prices of stearic acid and silane coupling agents remained stable, and the price of antiscorching agents dropped slightly.
