The product is natural rubber, neoprene, nitrile rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and butyl rubber and plasticizing accelerator, and a regenerating agent containing waste rubber with high synthetic rubber composition. Suitable for high temperature mastication and low temperature mastication, sulfur can terminate its plasticization. The product has low toxicity, no pollution, no odor of vulcanized rubber, and has no effect on the physical properties and aging properties of the rubber compound. The product reacts with zinc sulfate solution to form zinc pentachlorothiophenol, which can be used as a plasticizing accelerator for natural rubber, and has a significant promoting effect on high and low temperature use, and is suitable for use in open mills and internal mixers. Zinc pentachlorothiophenol has no effect on the physical properties, aging properties and chlorine taste of the vulcanizate, and can be used for light-colored products. The product is compounded with mineral-like materials at a near-equal weight, and a small amount of organic activator is added to form a composition of pentachlorothiophenol, which can also be used as a natural rubber, a butadiene rubber, an isoprene rubber,
