Uses:

This product can catalytic molecular chain fracture, and prevent the fractured molecular chain to couple. It also can help to shorten the mixing time, improve the mixing effect, reduce energy consumption, thereby reducing production cost and improving production capacity. Up 70 ℃ have plasticizing effect, at 140℃~ 160 ℃plasticization effect is best.

Peptizer DBD is a pure chemical peptizer for pure gum mastication, through which natural rubber (NR) is processed without carbon black at normal and higher temperatures.

Effective on open mills from 80℃ and in internal mixers up to 160℃.
