Used as a super accelerator for natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, butyl rubber, butadiene rubber and latex. It can also be used as a vulcanizing agent with an effective vulcanization content of 11%. It can also be used as a modifier for neoprene; i is a retarder for G-type neoprene; and a promoter for W-type neoprene. This product is easy to disperse in rubber compound, does not pollute, does not change color. It is usually used to manufacture cable, medical supplies, tape, rubber shoes, inner tube, color products, etc. When used as a main accelerator, it needs to be activated with zinc oxide, but lead oxide. It has an inhibitory effect. When used as a booster, it activates thiazole, aldehyde amines and anthraquinone accelerators.

(2) When used as a promoter, the most suitable vulcanization temperature is 120-145 ° C; when used as a vulcanizing agent, the most suitable temperature is 140-160 ° C, and the amount used as the main accelerator is 0.5-2.0 parts by mass; When the agent is used, the amount is 0.05-0.5 parts by mass; when used as the vulcanizing agent , the amount is 3.0-5.0 parts by mass.
