Application features: 

Pure hexamethylenetetramine is crystal, easy to form hard, difficult to disperse in the adhesive.Hexamethylenetetramine, used in the rubber industry for adhesion technology, is treated on the surface of 2% lubricant and made into a fluidity powder, or with inorganic or organic carrier made into a pre-dispersion compound.Hexamethylenetetramine can be used as a methylene donor, can form a variety of HRH direct bonding system with a variety of resorcinol donor and white carbon black, used for rubber and steel wire or fiber bonding.

In the natural rubber/carbon black material, according to HMT1.5/ rs-11, 5/ white carbon black in 13 parts, with brass plating and bare steel wire cord adhesion strength of 32N/cm and 14N/cm, respectively, without the adhesive of 21N/cm and 8N/cm.

In the natural rubber/styrene butadiene rubber (50/50) and carbon black with HMT1.6/ rs-11, 6/ silica 12 parts.
