According to the preliminary test of the National Rubber Auxiliary Engineering Technology Center, the influence of the accelerator TBBS purity and the vulcanization curve is still small. The experts at the meeting agreed that the vulcanization curve to judge the vulcanization promoting effect of the accelerator TBBS has no good technical support. Director Dingquan Tire published their recent application research results, indicating that the different particle size distribution of the accelerator TBBS has a great impact on the properties of the rubber compound, which may become an effective method for the tire company to identify the performance of the accelerator product.
The expert group unanimously agreed that the Secretariat will convene a special meeting with the Promoter TBBS Standards Working Group as soon as possible to study the effective technical indicators of the accelerator to promote the performance of the vulcanization reaction, and conduct verification tests and laboratory comparison tests to finalize the “rubber accelerator TBBS”. 2. Three High IS Product Association Standards
The formulation of the “High Thermal Stability Insoluble Sulfur” Association standard declared in 2017 has not been completed due to the difficulty of the effectiveness of the high dispersion test method. Before the meeting, the National Rubber Auxiliary Engineering Technology Center conducted two repeatability tests on the dispersion test of the density deviation method. The preliminary conclusions of the density deviation method test data are poorly reproducible and have many influencing factors, which need further exploration. Experts in tire companies have proposed a proposal for the relative evaluation of IS for multiple indicators of free sulfur and IS particle size distribution.
The representatives of the expert group unanimously agreed to start the IS Association Standard Working Group meeting as soon as possible, especially to invite the experts of the tire enterprises to participate in the standard working group, to discuss and verify the method of multi-index relative evaluation of IS dispersion, and hope to form a consensus and strive to complete high. 3. "Assessment System for Excellent Suppliers of Rubber Additives Industry" Association Standard
The representatives of the expert group unanimously agreed that the Secretariat should issue a document to form the standard standard working group of the association according to the principle of voluntariness, and at least invite more than three experts in the procurement of tire companies to participate in the working group. According to the evaluation system of “Excellent Supplier of Natural Rubber”, the first draft of the standard is prepared, and then the Secretariat will report to the Technical Committee of the General Conference on the preparation and approval of the standard, and complete the standard formulation according to the procedures of the Association Standard.
4. “Rubber Industry Industrial Cleaner Production Evaluation System”
The preparation of the standard and related materials such as PPT have been completed. At present, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is organizing experts to conduct the review stage, waiting for approval and standard release.
5. Open the green channel for the establishment of new products, new technologies, new equipment and other standards
As the standards of the Association continue to increase, and the standards of the Association are closer to the industry, and the technical level of the industry is reflected, the effectiveness of the Association's standards system will be expanded. In order to better serve the member companies, we have launched the green channel for the initiation of the association standards throughout the year. Members are welcome to launch new products, new technologies, new equipment and other reporting association standards according to the needs of enterprises. We will organize experts to apply for the application materials.
